Who We Are

Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge was formed in 1949 with Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower  as its first Honorary Chairman.  Over the decades, thousands of students and teachers visited Valley Forge and other historical battle sights and learned the real history of our country.  The campus at Valley Forge houses the students when they come for an immersion in American History. The campus also boasts a Medal of Honor Grove where each state has one acre of land and a plaque naming every MoH winner from that state. In 2024, FFVF merged with The Union League Legacy Foundation united, based on their long-standing partnership and shared values.

The Oklahoma City Chapter was formed in the early '80s and has sent hundreds of students and teachers to Valley Forge, and many of them say that it changed their lives. We hope you will become part of this organization and help us to reach more of our young people and teachers - who can make positive influences on others.
